This bite-size log-shaped soy sauce-flavored glutinous rice cracker is individually wrapped in nori for added flavor. Nori is a dried seaweed or moss, black in color, and is processed into thin sheets to wrap each cracker. The result is very tasty lightly salted seaweed flavored rice crackers.
