A Japanese style Inarizushi or cone sushi as the locals like to call it. Easy to prepare. Each seasoned and sweetened cone has pockets that open to be filled with plane rice or rice that is seasoned with sushi vinegar if preferred. Often used in bento (mixed food boxes) to compliment meat, fish and vegie dishes.
