Enriched with shiitake mushrooms and salty kelp, freshly harvested off the coast of Hidaka, Hokkaido, each soup sachet comes powdered and quick to stir in, giving you an instantly delicious bowl of udon to complete with your chosen toppings.
Preparation per serving:
1. Boil 1 packet of noodles in 250ml boiling water for 1 minute.
2. Separate the noodles and add the soup seasoning. Cook for another minute.
3. Serve noodle soup in a bowl and garnish with toppings of choice (spring onions, tempura, egg).
